Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the division credit team. You will assemble and review customer financials, evaluate credit positions and handle reports within policy limits.

The role includes supporting Oracle projects and coordinating with IT, accounting, treasury and legal teams. The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to policy, and delivering strong customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Five years of non-clerical work related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• NACM, CBA or CBF certifications preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Working knowledge of Pivot Tables.
• Decision making skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Spanish language is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze all credit information to determine accuracy for customer credit approvals.
• Review rebates and refund requests and approve within policy limits ($1 - $25,000).
• Comply, review and submit third party financing applications within authority.
• Support annual renewal of vendor prepay line approvals for limits of $250,000 and above.
• Assist with testing, implementation and training of Oracle and other system projects.
• Collaborate with other teams on enhancements and testing.
• Ensure credit file requirements are current for asset securitization audits.
• Provide guidance to division credit teams and other departments.
• Act as liaison between IT, accounting, treasury and credit teams.
• Execute refunds, rebates and prepay requests within approved levels.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Attend to other duties as assigned; maintain reliable attendance and follow policies.
