Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Credit Analyst to join the division credit team. You will assemble and review customer financial information and evaluate their financial position for credit limits over $25,000.

The role includes running reports and presenting findings to locations per the Credit Manager. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with at least one year of related experience, and may consider five years of non-clerical experience in lieu of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field and one year of work related experience is required.
• Five years of non-clerical work related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• NACM, CBA or CBF certifications are preferred.
• Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
• Working knowledge of Pivot Tables.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit information to determine accuracy for customer credit approvals.
• Review rebate and refund requests and approve within policy limits.
• Process third party financing applications within limits of authority.
• Assist with annual renewal of vendor prepay line approvals for prepay limits of $250,000 and above.
• Assist with testing, implementation and training of Oracle and other system projects.
• Collaborate with other work teams on enhancements, quality control and testing and implement best practices.
• Ensure that credit file requirements are current and in proper order to pass audits.
• Provide support and direction to division credit teams regarding credit matters consistent with policy.
• Acts as a liaison between IT, accounting, treasury, legal and the credit teams.
• Carry out authority consistent with the company's approval levels on refunds, rebates and prepay requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
