AgCountry Farm Credit Services is hiring multiple Credit Operations Analysts to support loan decisioning and financial analysis from application to servicing. You will gather, spread, and analyze financial data, work with Credit Underwriters and Sales Teams, and ensure timely, accurate financial packages for underwriting decisions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow into underwriting or agribusiness credit paths.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ relevant experience in loan processing.
• General working knowledge of credit policies, procedures, standards, credit extension and underwriting processes.
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and their application to credit delivery.

Aufgaben

• Confirm, assemble, and input financial data into the portfolio management database.
• Calculate collateral, complete after-close balance sheets, and complete the loan risk rating process.
• Analyze financials to determine if computed trend compares to industry standards.
• Ensure high quality financials are prepared for the customer per service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaboration to internal and external customers.
• Respond to inquiries related to loan financial input status and missing information.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with teammates.
