Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead production, distribution and marketing at the Owensboro location. The role includes supervising staff, driving sales, managing credit and ensuring safety compliance. A company vehicle is provided and the role is bonus eligible.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in agriculture, with travel up to 50% and proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five years of work experience in agriculture or similar field is required.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements selling activities to dealer and/or grower customers to achieve maximum sales.
• Develops and implements operational procedures for efficient distribution while complying with safety guidelines.
• Sells profitable products including Helena and supplier items; visits customers and vendors.
• Assigns duties, evaluates performance, and trains location staff for optimal performance.
• Maintains credit information and administers the approved credit policy; collects receivables.
• Follows all Helena policies; provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
