Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks a Branch Manager to oversee production, distribution, marketing operations and a location team in our Arizona branch. This role drives sales, ensures safety compliance and delivers excellent customer service.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage credit policies, and implement local sales plans while reporting to division leadership. A bachelor’s degree and five years in agriculture are required; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for leadership position.
• Minimum five years in agriculture or related field.
• Experience may substitute formal education.

Responsibilities

• Direct production, distribution and marketing operations at the branch.
• Develop and implement selling activities to grow sales and profitability.
• Assign duties, train and evaluate staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage credit information and collections per policy.
• Drive customer service excellence and maintain company image.
• May drive a Helena vehicle and support leadership in key functions.
• Travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
