• Valid U.S. driver's license required; up to 50% travel anticipated.
• Familiarity with OSHA/DOT regulations and safety/environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops selling activities to dealers and growers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Implements operational procedures for efficient distribution per safety guidelines.
• Oversees location team, assigns duties, trains staff and evaluates performance.
• Maintains credit information and enforces approved credit policy.
• Delivers excellent customer service and resolves issues promptly.
