Responsibilities

• Develops selling activities to dealers and growers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Implements procedures for efficient product distribution per safety guidelines.
• Sells Helena products and supplier products at customers\' premises.
• Develops sales strategies in response to environmental/economic/competitive changes.
• Emphasizes sale of Helena proprietary products.
• Assigns duties, evaluates performance, and trains staff to ensure optimal staffing.
• Gathers knowledge to meet changing customer/product needs.
• Resolves customer, application, service, inventory, and employee issues.
