Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to direct production, distribution, marketing operations and a team in the Kentucky region. The role includes managing activities to maximize sales and ensure efficient distribution in compliance with safety guidelines.

The position is bonus eligible with a company vehicle provided. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in agriculture or related fields to qualify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five years of work experience in agriculture, or similar field, is required.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Develops selling activities to dealers and growers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Implements operational procedures for efficient product distribution per safety guidelines.
• Sells Helena and supplier products, visiting customers and vendors on site.
• Analyzes market changes and develops strategies to maintain or grow market share.
• Leads location team, assigns duties, evaluates performance and trains staff.
