Job summary

Vive Crop Protection Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Corn Belt to lead the US region’s sales strategy and performance. You will report to the US Sales Leader and oversee states to drive revenue growth and market presence for Vive's crop protection portfolio.

In this role you will coach Territory Sales Managers, build key accounts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute growth plans in a competitive agricultural market across the Corn Belt and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in US agriculture
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience managing and coaching people/teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring Territory Sales Managers to execute strategies and business plans that support revenue growth
• Building productive relationships with key personnel within customer accounts and regional distribution partners
• Developing and executing sales strategies and territory plans across the Northern US (Corn Belt)
• Measuring and improving sales effectiveness through coaching and cross‑functional collaboration
• Collaborating with other Vive departments to support company culture and growth
