Job summary

The Farm Credit System is hiring a Customer Services Specialist to support our commercial crop and livestock lending team. You will build strong relationships with customers, analyze financial information, and assist with loan origination, processing, and servicing.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate service and compliance while contributing to portfolio growth. This role emphasizes customer focus, industry knowledge, and professional development in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance or related field.
Experience in agricultural lending or credit analysis preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Support credit and financial services delivery to commercial crop and livestock customers.
Assist with loan origination, processing, servicing, and closing activities.
Gather and analyze customer financial information to support lending decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide responsive customer service.
Monitor loan documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Represent FCS Financial within the agricultural community and identify growth opportunities.
