Job summary

FCS Financial, ACA is seeking a Financial Services Specialist for Commercial Crop & Livestock Lending in Missouri. You will build relationships, support lending delivery, and manage loan origination, processing, servicing, and closing activities.

The role requires education in Business/ Agriculture/ Finance and experience in agricultural lending or credit analysis. It offers competitive salary and benefits with opportunities for growth within the Commercial Crop & Livestock division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in agricultural lending, credit analysis or financial services preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Support delivery of credit and financial services to commercial crop and livestock customers.
Assist with loan origination, processing, servicing, and closing activities.
Gather and analyze customer financial information to support lending decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide responsive and accurate customer service.
Monitor loan documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Represent FCS Financial within the agricultural community and identify growth opportunities.
Support business development and portfolio growth.
