FCS Financial is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to enhance customer experience and support our lending team in Macon, Missouri. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain loan documentation.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and strong service delivery across all customer touchpoints, with a focus on supporting agricultural and rural communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Customer service, administrative, banking, or financial services experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering phones and welcoming visitors.
• Process loan payments, advances, payoffs, and other customer transactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Support loan administration by maintaining electronic files and tracking documentation requirements.
• Coordinate insurance documentation, lien searches, verifications, and other loan support activities.
• Process receipts, disbursements, transfers, and account maintenance transactions.
• Assist with office operations, including mail distribution, meeting coordination, invoice processing, and office supply management.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely, accurate, and professional service.
