Qualifications

• Understanding of loan processing or closing functions.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Post-Closing: manage pending and active loan accounts and monitor activity.
• Loan Processing: handle documentation, closings, verifications, and title work.
• Loan Applications: prepare large applications and gather necessary information.
• Loan Servicing: support servicing actions and respond to borrower inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.
