Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Knowledge of agriculture, finances, credit and credit administration. Strong marketing and interpersonal skills are required, as are verbal and written communications and analytical skills.
• Hybrid work options after two months of employment with Farm Credit East; options depend on role and balance with customers and team requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day customer relationships of credits within agribusiness or retail segments.
• Proactive portfolio management using industry trends, market data, and customer knowledge for consultative lending.
• Leads customer-facing activities with support from loan coordinator/financial services.
• Creates and maintains a 360-degree view of the customer in the core application to maximize experience.
• Collaborates with teammates to generate cross-selling results and cohesive customer experience.
• Provides guidance to credit analysts, loan doc specialists, and others to meet customer requirements per policy.
