Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to direct production, distribution and marketing operations at a California location. The role oversees the location team, enforces safety guidelines, and drives sales of Helena and supplier products.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in agriculture or a related field. Travel up to 50% and a company vehicle are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five years of work experience in agriculture or a related field is required.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Knowledge of fertilizer operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements selling activities to dealers and/or grower customers to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
• Develops and implements operational procedures for efficient product distribution in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Sell Helena and supplier products by visiting customers and vendors at their locations.
• Recognize market changes and develop sales strategies to increase penetration.
• Lead and train location staff to maximize productivity and ensure excellent customer service.
