Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead production, distribution and marketing operations across a Helena location. The role includes supervising staff, driving sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in agriculture or a related field, with strong organizational and communication skills. A company vehicle is provided and bonus eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years in agriculture or related field preferred.
• Experience in agriculture or related field may be substituted for education.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage a team and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements selling activities to dealers and growers in the marketing territory to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develops and implements operational procedures for efficient distribution of product lines following safety and environmental guidelines.
• Supervises location staff, assigns duties, evaluates performance and trains employees.
• Manages credit information and enforces approved credit policies; collects receivables in a timely manner.
• Ensures strong company image with customers and suppliers; supports division leadership in key tasks.
