Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years in relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services field.
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural lending and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving portfolio growth and revenue objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic financial guidance and customized solutions tailored to the needs of agricultural producers and agribusinesses.
• Analyze client financial performance, including cash flow, profitability, credit quality, and risk exposure, and recommend appropriate banking and wealth management solutions.
• Partner with credit underwriting, portfolio management, treasury management, and other teams to structure solutions and manage risk.
