U.S. Bank is seeking an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager (AgRM) to lead a portfolio of agricultural clients, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, and wealth services.

You will work with underwriting, portfolio management, treasury, and other internal teams to structure client-centered solutions while managing risk and staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Seven+ years of experience in relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, agricultural lending, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients by identifying new opportunities and achieving growth and revenue objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions for agricultural producers and agribusinesses.
• Analyze client financial performance—cash flow, profitability, credit quality, risk exposure—and recommend banking, lending, treasury, payments, deposits, and wealth solutions.
• Partner with credit underwriting, portfolio management, treasury management and other teams to structure solutions and manage risk.
• Maintain ownership of the client relationship by coordinating resources across the bank and referring to specialists when needed.
• Demonstrate expertise in agricultural lending, credit analysis, banking products, and industry risk management practices.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and industry groups to expand opportunities and U.S. Bank’s presence in local markets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and risk standards
