Job summary

Walworth County ADRC seeks a Program Manager to oversee Aging & Disability Resource Center services, supervise staff, manage funding, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

The role leads program development, contract administration, and collaboration with community partners to improve access to meals, home-delivered services, and health promotion for older adults.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or formal preparation equivalent to a four-year program; two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and Health Equity principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of aging services programs and staff.
• Direct activities of staff to establish performance standards and methods of operation.
• Receive and administer funds in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Prepare, monitor and approve annual budgets for Aging Services and Nutrition.
• Coordinate contract provisions with vendors and county procurement processes.
