Job summary

Arlington County's Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) seeks an Aging & Disability Resource Center Supervisor to lead the ADRC, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliant, person-centered service delivery, and provide clinical support for complex cases.

The incumbent will manage budgets, guide quality improvement, build community partnerships, and represent the ADRC at interagency meetings while developing staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline with practicum in diagnostic, treatment, and case management services.
• Three years of post-master's degree experience in professional clinical social work services.
• At least one year of experience directly related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the ADRC with person-centered service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing aging and disability services.
• Monitor program performance via data analysis and reporting; recommend improvements.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and contract performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to integrate services for seniors, people with disabilities, and caregivers.
• Lead outreach and represent ADRC at meetings with stakeholders.
• Partner with QA to ensure accurate documentation and reporting compliance.
• Support the AAA Director by attending meetings and providing staff support.
