Kitsap County’s Aging & Long-Term Care Division seeks an ALTC Planner/Contracts Manager to lead contract development and supervision for Medicaid-waivered services, OAA programs, WA Cares, and nutrition services. You will monitor performance, supervise staff, and collaborate with partners to ensure program requirements are met.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social sciences, or a related field.
• Four or more years of progressively responsible professional experience in service program planning and administration, including at least one year in social services program financing, grant writing/reporting, administration and contract management.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate subcontracts, support policy and program development, and implement new programs and policies; supervise contracts team.
• Develop and implement monitoring tools and schedules; conduct risk assessments; review documentation and provide corrective actions.
• Develop comprehensive short- and long-range program plans including Area Plan activities and community outreach.
• Conduct research and analysis on program issues; prepare reports, statistics, and support future planning efforts.
