Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cross‑team coordination or scaled delivery experience.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities for agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies as appropriate.
• Identify and remove impediments to delivery flow.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability and psychological safety.
• Enable effective work intake, refinement and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
• Shield teams from disruptions while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Track Agile metrics to support learning, not performance scoring.
• Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads and leadership.
