Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies and adapt practices for successful delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder delivery flow.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.
• Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
• Shield teams from unnecessary disruption while aligning stakeholders.
• Track agile metrics to support learning and improvement, not scoring.
• Coordinate across teams within the value stream to reduce dependencies.
• Contribute to broader Agile adoption with other Scrum Masters and leadership.
