Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program and project management.
• Experience with Jira, JIRA Align, Agile View, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Audit and Risk projects (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

Manage project/program execution, integration, and implementation, ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfiedAct as the primary point of contact and integration for the program/projectManage program/project financials and stakeholder communicationsLead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally or organizationally alignedFacilitate engagement with senior leaders and financial, legal, compliance, and risk partnersManage the successful execution of technical solutions across single or multiple teams

Requirements

Proven experience in program and project managementExperience with tools like Jira, JIRA Align, Agile View, and ConfluenceWorking knowledge and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologiesExperience with Audit and Risk projects (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, etc.)Large-scale project management experience with an understanding of Enterprise Change Management policiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skillsProficiency in Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to manage disparate teams globally and work with little to no supervisionMust be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
