Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Program Manager for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution, located in Jersey City, NJ or Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile tools (Jira).
• Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including report development.
• Experience with an enterprise program and project tool (ex: PPRT).
• Leadership presence
• Excellent presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables
• Ensures compliance to standards and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the project, program and associated deliverables
• Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost
• Facilitates sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
• Provides guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies
• Helps teams to optimize implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices
• Helps to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance
• Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders
• Influences and guides business and technology leaders on changes that enable Agility
• Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums and understands stakeholder expectations to create regular updates
• Supports resource planning

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ or Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which requires engagement from multiple Agile teams across various projects and programs. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The successful candidate will need a deep understanding of the entire Agile Solution process to implement and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices within the organization.

Pay range: $57.70 - $65.70 per hour
