Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

The Scrum Master will facilitate the Agile methodology and activities for a project of high complexity. The Scrum Master will be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery, leading the work efforts of the project team, and removing impediments to ensure successful project solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This position involves facilitating the Agile methodology and activities for a project of high complexity. The Scrum Master will be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery, leading the work efforts of the project team, and removing impediments to ensure successful project solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Project Scope
• Lead the daily SCRUM meetings of the Agile project team and partner with the product owner to lead the team
• Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and be keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team
• Manage timeline and budget/expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
• Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation
• Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
• Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management
• Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with ServiceNow

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
