Job summary

Qualifications

• Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams, and is focused on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth. This role ensures impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows agreed-to processes, and promotes the Agile mindset and principles to empower the team to become self-managing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate dependency and risk management for the Scrum teams and the ART
• Facilitate team and cross-team impediment removal for the team
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile teams and across the ART to support value delivery and Sprint commitments
• Provide visibility into the Agile teams' delivery plans and Release plans on the program level and to stakeholders
• Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
