Job summary

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract with a Global Financial Institution in the Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX area. The role requires 5-10 years of PM experience, strong Agile focus, Scrum Master certification, and Tableau experience.

• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.

Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or the Plano, TX metro area. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role requires a project manager with 5-10 years of experience, a strong focus on Agile best practices, and Scrum Master certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which requires engagement from multiple teams. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. Tableau experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams
• Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to standards
• Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
• Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience
• Strong focus on Agile best practices
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Tableau

Desired skills:

• Experience with Agile and Jira
• Experience with requirements gathering and story refinement

Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
