Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager for a hybrid, long-term contract engagement in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on managing project execution, integration, and financials while coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has strong Agile and PM skills, experience with Jira/JIRA Align/Confluence, and a background in risk-related projects. This contract offers a hybrid work setup and totals a 12+ month duration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program and project management.
• Experience with Jira, JIRA Align, Agile View, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Audit and Risk projects (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project/program execution, integration, and implementation, ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfied.
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the program/project.
• Manage program/project financials and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally or organizationally aligned.
• Facilitate engagement with senior leaders and financial, legal, compliance, and risk partners.
• Manage the successful execution of technical solutions across single or multiple teams.
