Job summary

Saransh Inc in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive SAFe/Agile delivery, oversee Release Train Engineering, and guide teams through SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD and DORA metrics.

You will coach teams on agile transformation, manage backlogs and risks, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop dashboards to improve predictability and value delivery.

Qualifications

• SAFe/Agile delivery experience required.
• Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience preferred.
• Strong SDLC and DevOps knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DORA metrics.
• Backlog, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent facilitation, planning, and coaching skills.
