Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an agile practitioner in product/portfolio/program management.
• Expertise with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lean-Agile planning and PI events to align multiple teams.
• Manage program dependencies, risks and delivery cadence across the portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove impediments to maintain value delivery.
• Facilitate cross-team synchronization and escalation as needed.
• Define, track and act on KPIs to measure outcomes and flow.
