Job summary

Tektronix, a Tektronix subsidiary of Ralliant, seeks an Engineering Precision DC Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across product, hardware, software engineering and marketing. You will drive agile solution delivery, coordinate with finance, vendors and partners, and ensure on-time product releases.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or engineering, a BS in CS or engineering, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

5+ years Project Management or engineering experience.
Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of projects.
Experience in product development.
Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

Own and manage engineering programs to ensure on time release of products.
Manage and influence stakeholders, including; business, product, and development team members on solution delivery and scope.
Manage a project budget with target & actuals.
Leverage Ralliant Business System tools to implement visual and daily management and appropriate standard work.
Drive improvements in the product development processes to increase product quality, program cycle time, and development costs.
Source issues, problems and ideas from developers, as well as corral teams to come up with solutions for problems.
Ensure development programs have robust plans and resource alignment for execution.
Implement and improve Agile development processes and tools into existing programs/processes.
Escalate resource conflicts and drive to resolution with engineering leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and partner with vendors as required by the program.
