Job summary

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, and budget, driving Agile practices, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in PM are required, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other engineering field.

• Experience in new product development.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage engineering programs to ensure on time release of products.
• Manage and influence stakeholders on solution delivery and scope.
• Manage a project budget with target and actuals.
• Leverage Ralliant tools to implement visual and daily management and standard work.
• Drive improvements in product development processes to increase quality and reduce cycle time.
• Source issues and ideas from developers and guide teams to solutions.
• Ensure robust plans and resource alignment for execution.
• Implement and improve Agile development processes and tools.
• Escalate resource conflicts and drive to resolution with engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners as required.
