Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/SM, expertise in both Agile and Waterfall, and strong communication with executive stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Experience with multiple workstreams and moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Manage resources, budgets, and risk.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate ceremonies.
