Job summary

Tammina seeks an experienced Agile Engineering Coach to partner with delivery teams, PMs, Scrum Masters and QA to extend Agile practices across the organization. You will train, coach, and document Agile processes, and monitor performance metrics to boost productivity and quality.

You will help shape automated testing standards, design resilient test components, and oversee test execution while coordinating across multiple teams to remove blockers and dependencies.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of software development experience, with 3+ years as a Java Programmer.
• 3 years of JUnit, Jenkins/Hudson, Ant/Maven.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile software development practices.
• Experience with Continuous Integration techniques.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Unit, Functional, Integration, and System Testing.
• Knowledge of modular architecture and emergent design.
• Track record of improving development practices.
• Ability to build strong internal customer relationships.
• Experience defining automated testing strategy and design of resilient test components.
• Maintain framework components that support test execution and metrics collection.
• Help teams manage large sets of automated tests and assets.
• Oversee automated tests and troubleshoot complex failures.
• Act as project manager when needed and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Contribute to Agile center of excellence and Lean community.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Kanban.
• English communication proficiency.
• 3+ years in an Agile environment.

• Develop and maintain testing frameworks and integrate with lifecycle tools.

• Oversee automated test execution and troubleshoot failures across components.
• Provide project coordination and cross-team dependency management.
• Strengthen the Agile center of excellence within the organization.
