Job summary

Agility Partners in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to guide teams in adopting and improving Agile practices. You will coach Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help remove impediments to ensure consistent value delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business experience and 3+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist roles, with strong communication and facilitation skills. This role supports agile maturation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience driving Agile transformation and organizational change.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
