Job summary

Power3 is seeking an experienced Agile Developer - Testing to join our rapidly growing team. You will execute test plans, analyze requirements, and develop evaluation procedures, ensuring robust QA across projects.

Collaboration with other test organizations will be essential to integrate testing efforts. The role involves data collection and analysis, and leveraging manual and automated testing tools to deliver quality software.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Poly — with CI poly within last 7 years.
• BS + 6 years experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, TestRay / SynapseRT)
• Familiar with basic Linux tools
• Web browser-based testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
• Other test tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Jmeter, Swagger, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $165K - $200K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
