Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
• Define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Leverage Jira to track tasks, create dashboards, and generate sprint reports.
• Identify team roadblocks and work with stakeholders to remove obstacles.
• Provide leadership with clear updates on project status, risks and milestones.
