Job summary

Mutual of Omaha is seeking an I/S Project Manager I to lead Run, Grow and Transform initiatives for an Infrastructure team up to 15 members. You will act as a servant leader, applying Agile methodologies to remove roadblocks and deliver business outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Agile/Scrum project management experience.
• 4-8 years IT or business experience.
• Knowledge of SAFe framework.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of project, risk, procurement and change management.
• Broad knowledge across database/server/web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum Master for 3 sub-teams (3-6 members each) in an Agile infra team.
• Educate team on Scrum and Kanban; ensure processes are followed.
• Manage overall planning, execution, and delivery of Run/Grow/Transform work.
• Coordinate day-to-day work, remove impediments, escalate as needed.
• Track status, manage issues and risks, and analyze costs and progress.
• Build high performing teams and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Implement/enhance database-related technology solutions and platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement and growth plans across domains.
