Job summary

OmniSolve is seeking an IT agile project manager to lead deployments for a civilian government client. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, expertise in Agile practices, and experience managing complex IT projects across the full lifecycle.

The candidate should have hands-on IT experience, knowledge of security, data integration, and change management. Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders is essential for day-to-day oversight and success.

Qualifications

Experience managing IT projects using Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
Familiar with EV, CMMI, ITIL, and IT project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of IT projects from conception through deployment.
Manage scoping, planning, vendor management, budget estimation, and security compliance.
Lead Agile initiatives in a DevOps framework.
Oversee SDLC end-to-end with rigorous quality and security standards.
Communicate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Track outcomes and manage dependencies and critical path.
Present quarterly program reviews to leadership.
Ensure adherence to security and data integration standards.
Navigate a fast-paced environment and shift priorities.
Direct multiple IT projects with client interaction.
