Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Assurance Digital Technical Business Analyst to collaborate with the Technology Delivery Director and teams to support the product vision. You will refine business requirements and guide the delivery team through scheduled releases as a key liaison between business and technology groups.

The role requires experience in Agile methodologies, requirements elicitation, and QA/UAT support. You will participate in Scrum meetings and help maintain release backlog alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Scale Agile SAFe Framework.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology Delivery Director and Analyst teams to support product vision.
• Review scope, refine requirements, and support delivery through releases.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create state flow diagrams and data mapping; maintain documentation.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams for transparency.
• Support QA/UAT through test case design and issue resolution.
• Assist with vendor relationships and backlog review.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and maintain project alignment.
