RSM US LLP in Orlando seeks an Assurance Digital Technical Business Analyst to collaborate with the Technology Delivery Director, the BA team, SMEs, and stakeholders to refine scope, document requirements, and support the delivery team through scheduled releases.

The role emphasizes agile analysis, QA/UAT, product owner support, and cross-functional leadership across the firm. Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in audit or BA; SAFe familiarity and Jira/Azure DevOps preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience in Audit or Business Analysis.
• Experience with 3rd party vendors and building relationships.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsabilités

• Research, document, and socialize functional requirements for enhancements to tools/processes.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions; Review and address requirement issues before beginning delivery process.
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop supporting documentation such as state flow diagrams and data mapping.
• Establish and manage relationships with business and technology SMEs.
• Support the change control process for changes in scope and requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the Agile delivery process.
• Participate in test case design to ensure QA/UAT results.
• Work with scrum teams to resolve issues in development, QA, and UAT cycles.
• Provide support to audit methodology group regarding QA/UAT inquiries.
• Support product vision including upgrades, enhancements, and project alignment/sequencing.
• Act as primary liaison between business and technology teams to provide transparency to process.
• Assist with vendor relationship management for enhancements, tickets, and open projects/SOW.
• Review release backlog to ensure priorities are accurate and up to date.
• Participate in Scrum meetings.
• Build and leverage internal and external networks.
• Contribute to process improvements and ongoing education.
