Qualifications

- 10+ years BA leadership experience in enterprise software.
- Strong SAFe and Agile experience with enterprise programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute BA strategy across product lines ensuring SAFe alignment.
- Lead adoption of modern BA tools, automation, and AI-driven testing.
- Oversee automated test strategies for functional, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Development, Data, and Operations for end-to-end delivery.
- Develop career paths and training to accelerate BA and developer growth.
