Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Assurance Digital Technical Business Analyst to collaborate with Technology Delivery and Business Analyst teams, refining requirements and supporting delivery through multiple releases.

You will lead elicitation, document user stories, and ensure QA/UAT quality while coordinating with business and technology stakeholders. A strong SAFe/Agile background and vendor management experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years relevant work experience in Audit or Business Analysis.
Experience working with 3rd party vendors and building relationships.
Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Technology Delivery Director and Business Analyst teams to support product vision.
Review scope, refine business requirements, and support delivery through releases.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participate in test case design and QA/UAT validation with Scrum teams.
Act as liaison between business and technology teams for transparency and prioritization.
