Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business analysis with senior leadership responsibility.
5+ years leading multi-level, cross-functional BA teams.
Experience delivering in Scaled Agile or SAFe environments.
Proven ability to define and implement BA strategies and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the BA discipline within the firm's Digital Solutions group.
Define BA strategy, standards, methodologies, and operating procedures across product lines.
Drive automation, AI-driven testing, and modern tooling adoption in BA practice.
Foster collaboration with Architecture, Development, Data, and Operations teams.
Develop structured career paths and training for BA professionals.
