• Proven track record supporting internet/mobile banking initiatives.

• Agile Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: gather and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Business Process Improvement: analyze processes and suggest agile enhancements.
• Solution Design & Validation: partner with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: maintain stakeholder maps and plans.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: assist with UAT and sprint testing.
