Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Assurance Digital Technical Business Analyst to collaborate with Technology Delivery and Business Analysis teams to support the product vision for Assurance Digital. You will review scope, refine business requirements, and support the delivery team through releases, serving as a key contact for business and technology stakeholders.

The role involves agile analysis, QA/UAT support, and product owner alignment, with leadership activities and end-user support across BA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience in Audit or Business Analysis.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors and building relationships.
• Proven experience in operational business process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the Scale Agile SAFe Framework.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and socialize functional requirements for enhancements to tools/processes.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions; review and address requirement issues before beginning delivery process.
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop supporting documentation including state flow diagrams and data mapping.
• Establish and manage relationships with business and technology SMEs.
• Support the change control process for scope and requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress through the Agile delivery process.
• Participate in test case design to ensure QA/UAT results and validate user stories.
• Act as primary liaison between business and technology teams and assist with vendor relationships.
• Review release backlog to ensure priorities are accurate and up to date.
• Participate in Scrum meetings.
