Responsibilities

Define and implement BA strategy, standards, and procedures across product lines and platforms.
Lead adoption of modern BA tools, automation frameworks, and AI-driven testing solutions.
Oversee automated test strategies across functional, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Development, Data, and Operations for end-to-end delivery efficiency.
Integrate BA practices into Agile/SAFe delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
Establish KPIs and governance to ensure consistency, quality, and accountability.
