Job summary

Five Star Hyundai of Albany is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive results and sustain premium customer service in a high-volume dealership.

You will forecast monthly sales, recruit and develop staff, partner with finance, negotiate pricing and ensure performance metrics are met, while upholding professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dealership sales management experience.
• Aggressive and motivated leader with passion for success, customer service, training and opportunity.
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force.
• Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives.
• Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team.
• Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved.
• Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
