This role demands winning leadership, a focus on customer service, and the ability to train and develop a high-performing staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Aggressive and motivated leader with passion for success and service.
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and gross to meet objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force.
• Meet and exceed factory sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Set the highest level of professionalism for the team.
• Work with finance to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and problem solve.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
